What types of materials can the dryer process?
Our dryer is mainly used in industries such as chemicals and raw materials, agriculture and biomass, environmental protection and sludge, mining, metallurgy and casting, power, and coal. It can dry a wide range of materials, including organic fertilizers, metallic ores, wood, sawdust, sand, sludge, coal slurry, desulfurized gypsum, fly ash, and more.
What is the processing capacity of the dryer?
We can customize the dryer according to customer requirements, with a capacity ranging from 0.5 tons per hour to 10 tons per hour, and diameters ranging from 0.8m to 3.5m.
Is the energy consumption of the dryer high? What types of heat sources can be used?
The dryer can use various heat sources, including coal, electricity, natural gas, and steam. The energy consumption of the dryer depends on several factors, such as the moisture content of the material, drying temperature, and time. Our designed dryers optimize thermal efficiency and airflow control to minimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs. For large-scale production, we recommend using equipment with adjustable temperature and airflow to achieve more efficient energy utilization
What is the moisture content range after drying?
Depending on the material and customer requirements, the moisture content after drying can vary. For example, in the case of ores, the moisture content of the dried ore is typically controlled between 1% and 5%. The specific moisture content depends on the type of raw material and customer needs. For instance, the moisture content of iron ore is usually controlled between 10% and 15%, copper ore has a higher moisture content, ranging from 15% to 20%, while bauxite has a lower moisture content, around 5% to 8%.
Can the dryer be customized?
Yes, we can customize the dryer based on customer requirements. Depending on the specific needs and material types, we can adjust the dryer’s capacity, structure, control system, and other features to ensure optimal drying performance and production efficiency
What is the warranty period for the dryer?
The dryer typically comes with a one-year or longer warranty period. Please refer to the purchase contract for the specific warranty policy. During the warranty period, we offer free repair and technical support in case of any quality issues.
